Longines Legend Diver is one of the brand’s most iconic Heritage models and a faithful reissue of the diving watch design developed by Longines’ watchmakers in the 1950s. Its characteristic internal rotating bezel, two screw-down crowns and clean, symmetrical dial have made the model a favourite among both collectors and enthusiasts.
This watch was produced in 2011 and is an exceptionally attractive example. It comes with the original Longines box, original papers and two straps – one in crocodile leather and one in calfskin – allowing you to easily vary the look from classic elegance to everyday wear.
The watch was recently serviced, runs reliably with an accuracy of approximately ±4 seconds per day and has an amplitude of 319°, indicating a mechanical movement in very good condition.
Timeless design meets true tool-watch DNA
The Legend Diver combines a distinctly vintage aesthetic with modern construction. The internal rotating bezel is operated via the upper screw-down crown, while the lower crown is used for winding and time setting. This design protects the bezel from unintended adjustment and reflects the innovative spirit of classic dive watches.
The black dial with luminous markers provides excellent legibility, while the domed sapphire crystal adds both depth and character. With a diameter of 42 mm, the watch has a balanced presence on the wrist and works equally well with both straps.
